Each year brings its own unique blend of lessons, opportunities, challenges, inspiration, and connection, and this year was no exception. The last twelve months were defined, in many ways, by volatility – most notably in the C market, which moved with incredible speed and unpredictability – that challenged us all; producers, exporters and buyers, and everyone in between. The instability created real pressure on planning and margins, and it forced difficult conversations around pricing, contracting and risk.
But it also reminded us why we do things the way we do.
