Introducing The Green Delivery

At Melbourne Coffee Merchants, we’ve always placed a great emphasis on clear and effective storytelling and communication with our customers. While we already do this through a number of channels, we wanted to give you an even more easily digestible way to stay in the loop with what we’re up to — and what better way than through a regular podcast?!

The Green Delivery, a coffee podcast by MCM, is a forum for us to talk about wider industry matters, keep you updated on what’s keeping our team busy and share insights we’ve gained from our producing partners or from trips we’ve recently returned from. While the length of each episode may vary slightly, our aim is to create something you can listen to while you dial in, warm your roaster up, or load your green. We’ve got some really exciting episodes in the pipeline — and would love to know what you’re keen to hear in the future as well!

For our first episode, “Ship Happens!,” Aislinn and Beau sat down with Rafa to talk about the recent surge in the C price, and the many challenges currently impacting the world of international logistics. While both topics are almost too heavy to discuss in a 25-minute podcast, we hope that the persepective and context we offer can help mitigate some of the anxiety and uncertainty you — and your customers — may be feeling about the current state of our industry.
