¡Bienvenida, Colombia!

Just a few short weeks since our last arrival from Colombia, the first of our lots for 2025 have now landed and will soon be ready for dispatch! We’re excited to share these delicious lots with our roasting partners across Australia.

While many of the coffees in the container have now sold out, there are still two stunning honey-processed lots available, sourced from the steep and rugged canyons of beautiful Nariño. With a unique terrain and pioneering farming community, both offerings showcase a distinct regional profile that always stands out on the cupping table.

Perennial crowd favourite, Small Producers of Aponte, was contributed to by eight independent smallholders who have perfected honey processing techniques that maximise the town’s year-round cool temperatures and warm winds. We’re also featuring an exceptional single estate lot from producer, Rolando Janamejoy, who also calls Aponte home, and grows and processes coffee on his tiny one hectare farm, El Plan.  Both lots are tasting floral and fruit-driven, presenting a unique silky texture and mouthfeel. Check out our offer list for more on each coffee.

And there’s more on the way!

Sourced during Fleur’s trip in November, our forthcoming shipment from Colombia has hit the water and is on track to land in March. The line up has been added to our offer list and we have samples ready to share — reach out if you’d like to taste and secure your next favourite Colombian coffee.

During her time on the ground, Fleur tasted through fresh crop offerings from Antioquia, Cauca, Huila, Nariño and Tolima, making this an incredibly exciting line up. We’re thrilled with the high quality and vibrancy of our selection — a true testament to the hard work of the producers whose coffees we source and to Pergamino’s team on the ground.

Whether you’re seeking a rare variety Chiroso or Pink Bourbon lot, or an allrounder small producer offering that can be used as a blending component, this spot list will not disappoint!
