We’re so excited to share these coffees with our roasting community here at home. We believe these lots offer outstanding quality and value, and will perform well across all roast styles and brewing applications. Read below for more on the coffees featured on our offer list and get in touch now if you’re keen to taste available samples ahead of their arrival this August!
Ojo de Agua | Santa Ana Huista, Huehuetenango
Huehuetenango’s El Sendero Cooperative continues to impress us with the quality of coffee their members produce, and we’re chuffed to have access to more single producer lots from the co-op in 2025. This lot from William Morales is a perfect all-rounder offering, thanks to its creamy mouthfeel and notes of cherry, hazelnut and milk chocolate.
Santa Clara Estate | Antigua Guatemala
Ricardo Zelaya is a progressive fourth-generation farmer who has been perfecting his processing techniques over the sixteen years we have been working with him. His coffees are some of our favourite examples of the sweet, rich profile Antigua Guatemala is known for, and this year’s crop is no different! With a creamy mouthfeel, balanced by plum, orange marmalade and dark chocolate, this lot stands out across all roasting applications.
La Unión Pacamara | Huehuetenango
This is our second year sourcing a Pacamara lot from Carlos Rivas’ La Unión farm, because its complex florals and juicy acidity are simply too good to pass up. Grown in Huehuetenango and processed with great care, we reckon this coffee’s notes of blueberry, lychee and yellow peach will shine on any menu.
Calahute | Huehuetenango
Grown by Alfonso Anzueto on the steep hills of Huehuetenango, this coffee is creamy and high in sweetness, with notes of cherry and blackcurrant. Calahute is a reliable workhorse that provides a rich texture to an espresso blend. It presents sweet chocolate and roasted macadamia when paired with milk.
Guacamaya | Concepción Huista, Huehuetenango
We are thrilled to be offering a lot from the El Sendero Cooperative member Nery Pablo López, who grows and processes exceptional coffee at his farm Guacamaya. Nery’s crop showcases everything we love about coffees from HueHue: it is bright and floral, with pineapple, white grape and sugarcane sweetness.
El Calagual Natural | Santa Rosa
Produced by fifth-generation farmer Darwin Fabián on the hills of the lush Santa Rosa department, this naturally-processed microlot has been carefully processed using meticulously picked Pache variety cherries. The result is something truly special: an incredibly elegant and transparent coffee, with a juicy mouthfeel and notes of plum jam and chocolate fudge.
La Maravilla ‘Aguacate’ | Huehuetenango
cio Rosales is one of our favourite people in coffee: he is incredibly kind, always generous with his knowledge and time, and produces consistently well-structured and balanced lots. Grown at La Maravilla’s ‘Aguacate’ plot, this 100% Caturra offering is sweet and rich, with notes of orange, milk chocolate and raisins.
