Let’s Plan Ahead!

As we head into the “blink-and-it’s-the-Holidays” time of the year, we are here to help you plan ahead to ensure you have the coffees you need, where and when you need them.
As many of you will have experienced yourselves, domestic freight has been severely affected as the long term effects of Covid-19 play out on the logistics industry. Over the last few months, we have experienced unprecedented delays across all of our interstate freight options, including courier services. Even outside of delays, lead times have been extended and we are now seeing much longer delivery turnaround than we used to. While we do everything we can to avoid delays, we want to help our customers plan ahead by providing realistic expectations – especially during this busy time of the year!
For those of you with coffee stock in our warehouse, we suggest that you book coffee deliveries as early as possible, particularly if you need them to arrive before Christmas. With so much coffee landing between now and the New Year, we can also help you work out your remaining dispatches for 2021, or first orders for 2022. As always, our goal is to find flexible solutions to support our customers as best as we can.
Please note, we are closing over the holiday period, from COB Wednesday 22nd Dec through to Tuesday 4th Jan 2022. Please make a note of the following important dates:
LAST ORDERS FOR GUARANTEED DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS (outside of Vic):
1pm | Tuesday 7th December 2021
LAST ORDERS FOR DELIVERY FIRST WEEK OF JAN (national):
4pm | Tuesday 21st December 2021
