We’re off to Colombia!

This week, Fleur is heading to beautiful Colombia to select lots from the current main crop, to land in Australia in early 2025. We’re super excited to spend time on the ground with our dear friends and export partners, Pergamino, and visit some of the many talented producers whose coffees we regularly feature.

It’s been a long two years since we last travelled to Colombia, and we are delighted to be heading back! With producer visits planned for the regions of Antioquia, Tolima and Cauca — as well as checking out the decaffeination plant, Descafecol, in Manizales — we’re looking forward to an informative and inspiring trip. While on the ground, Fleur will also cup through a variety of single farm lots and regional blends, to find distinct, complex and regionally characteristic coffees to feature in our 2025 line up.

Planning ahead is key to the success of any sourcing trip. Before we start cupping, we’d love to hear from you regarding any requests or requirements you have for Colombia! 

Your requests will inform the coffees we choose and ensure we secure the coffees you love. When it comes to larger blending lines, giving us an idea of your volume and price requirements will help us plan accurately for the season. For microlots, letting us know if you are after a paricular flavour profile or a specific producer’s coffee will allow us to approach our selection confidently and accurately.
