We’re thrilled to be landing this season’s Ethiopian naturals, some of our most anticipated coffees of the year. With beautiful florals and a complex, fruit-forward profile, these lots exhibit the impeccable structure and elegance we’ve come to expect from Testi’s offerings. Excitingly, we have two lots available that will soon be ready for dispatch: Ayla Bombe Natural and Hadeso Natural. Read on for more on each coffee, and reach out if you’d like to taste samples!

Ayla Bombe Natural | Bensa, Sidama

Located in the microregion of Bensa, Ayla washing station is home to some of the most floral coffees we source from Ethiopia. Produced with cherry delivered by 900 outgrowers from the kebele of Bombe, this lot is delicate and complex, with tropical acidity and notes of mango and nectarine.

Hadeso Natural | Shakisso, Guji

We love featuring Hadeso washing station’s distinctly sweet and textural coffees. Part of what makes them so special is the incredibly fertile and nutrient-rich soils of Shakisso, Guji, a region known for the exceptional character and reliability of their coffees. The latest crop of their natural lot is transparent and juicy, with notes of candied fruit, strawberry and peach.
