Bring on Brazil!

Get excited! We have just landed our first shipment from Brazil, containing outstanding coffees from our long-time producing partner, Fazenda Progresso (pictured above). 

After a challenging producing and purchasing season (read more here), we are stoked to have Brazilian coffees back in Australia and ready to dispatch!  We have two outstanding pulped natural lots available, Sincora and Airumá,
grown and processed by the indomitable Borré family at their family estate, Fazenda Progresso.

This stunning estate sits in the Chapada Diamantina mountain range in the heart of Bahia State. Since we began working with the Borrés in 2015, we have been consistently impressed with their meticulous and progressive approach to the harvesting, processing and drying of their coffee crop. The result of this hard work is incredibly consistent, clean and long-lasting coffee lots, that showcase the best of this beautiful producing region. We feel proud to represent their coffees here in Australia, and excited to share them with our roasting community.
