It’s time to plan for Brazil!
We’re off to Brazil next month, to spend time with supply partners Silvio Leite and Fabiano Borré and select coffees from the current harvest. Before we fly out, we want to hear from you to help us build our buying brief and accurately plan for the 2026 season.

Our visit to Brazil is one of our most important sourcing trips of the year. With many Australian roasters relying on a consistent supply of delicious, well-structured and long-lasting Brazilian coffees for their espresso blends, making sure the quality of the lots we select is high and that our shipments arrive in a timely manner is key to our business. That’s why, we need to know your coffee requirements ahead of our trip, to ensure we hit the ground running the moment we land in the country.
When cupping, we’ll focus on finding clean and consistent high-volume lots from the Borré family’s Fazenda Progresso that represent excellent value for blending lines. We’re also looking for distinct, stand out microlots from Progresso and a number of quality-focused producers who grow coffee near the town of Piatã. For these, we’ll be selecting offerings that showcase a taste of place, and shine as either espresso or filter offerings.
The shipments containing these coffees will be landing from the month of November through to March.
